Our Legacy Harvested (OLH) connects with and places BIPOC interns at Willamette Valley wineries for fall harvest and spring direct-to-consumer opportunities. Centralized & Safe Housing
A home for all the interns in downtown McMinnville where they will kick up their feet after long days, break bread at Sunday Suppers, and get to know neighbors in their new community.

Reliable Transportation
Interns will be provided with two cars to share for transportation to/from wineries, programming sessions, and social excursions.

Intern Programming
Outside of working at partner wineries, interns will have customized education, networking, and social opportunities to get a well-rounded experience in Oregon wine country.
